One of the 10 worst places to raise a family is minutes by NYC-while one of the ‘best’ is just a 5-hour car away

Wallethub ranked 182 different cities in America and printed 45 factors in five categories: family entertainment, health and safety, education and care for children, affordability and socio-economic and gave each city a result of 100.

From the long list, experts chose the five best and worst cities.

While Newark moved to the first third for children’s education and care (No. 53), he still landed in a misery no. 178 out of 182 cities across the country, knowledgeable of crime, affordability and limited family entertainment.

Also at the end of the barrel? Memfis (last dead), Detroit, Cleveland and Gulfport, Mississippi.

The good news is that one of the best cities listed is only one (Todler tantrum of length) because it travels far from the area with three states.

South Burlington, Vermont, ranked a no. 5 sparkling locally and is just a five-hour car from NYC.

The strange city of the New England City scored high signs of child education and care – and families there enjoy fresh air, low crime and a whole whole charming maple syrup.

Fremont, California, got the high slot, becoming the best city to live this year.

But Garden State’s parents may want to look closer to the house before packing Minivan and moving.

Kensington, Long Island, landed the number 2 country across the country in a special ranking of countries of the best countries to raise a family.

Hamlet in Great Neck boasts average family income of $ 217,679, a fleet of high -performance public schools and a crime rate as low as practically whispers.

Some other Nassau district gems also made the list of Niche, including Syosets (No. 11), Jericho (21), East Williston (30) and Manhasset (39) – Miracle Mile Houses of Luxury Purchases and Lawn Requested Lawn.

At Westchester County in New York, Scarsdale and Ardsley were immediately ranked 13th and 14th, respectively.

Meanwhile, the southern coast did not do well. Merrick entered no. 512, Wantah scored a 982 sunburn, and Massapequa – recently associated with accused Killer Beach Beach Rex Heermann – Bottlemed Out on a gloomy 3,087.
