But Kristi Hemric, an upper married mother of East Side of Four, adores decor – and surely she can’t miss it.
With the facade of her five-storey city on the 78th street as her canvas, she artistically beautifully the Faux flower building, spending hours (and a small asset) in the glorious landscapes she dreams of in her head.

“With selfishness, we get so much joy by making it,” laughed hemric. “So the fact that other people get the joy from it, too, is just cream on the cake.
