This group is now the only one in the SH.BA, the survey discovers – inside the ‘shocking’ epidemic

A new Gallup survey has revealed that American men are the most lonely people.

To conduct their survey, researchers collected data from 2023 to 2024 – and discovered that General Z and Millennium US and Millennium Men are the most lonely (25%) compared to only 18% of American women in the same age group.

This means that one in four American men under 35 feels more isolated than their peers in other countries – including France, Canada, Ireland and Spain.

Although this group seems to be the only one, this does not mean that this is just as demographic in other countries it is also not feeling isolated – and for similar reasons.

Gallup and Fortune study reported well that one in five men in countries like Turkey, France, Ireland and Canada are reportedly feeling just as alone.

This common sense of isolation “is coming to a head of forces that existed in boys and men” live for generations “, the connection to build good men” told Fortune well.

And what exactly is that today’s generation of young people feel so isolated from the outside world?

According to experts, it is from a variety of things.

Justin Yong, a New York City psychotherapist, told Fortune that men are breaking away from the rest of the world thanks to toxic digital occupiers such as games and pornography that “give this hit and facilitate this short -term dopamine that replace intimacy and true actions.”

Another constant issue among young people is “social standards about what it means to be human,” Yong told the exit.

“The problem, of course, is that when they became less authentic, they alienated them even from their important relationships, feeling that they had to hide part of themselves because the world did not want it from them … starting at the age of 4,” said recite.

The startling thing about this lush epidemic is that it is extremely dangerous to men’s health.

The World Health Organization (WHO) found that the feeling of being isolated and alone is just as threatening to the health of someone as smoking up to 15 cigarettes a day is.

“[Loneliness] It transcends boundaries and is becoming a global public health concern that affects every aspect of health, well -being and development, ”said African Union Messenger Chido MPEmba for The Guardian.

Experts like US Surgeon General Dr. Vivek Murty strongly believe in addressing this continuous issue as serious as other health concerns.

“Given the deep health and social consequences of moisture and isolation, we have an obligation to make the same investments in rebuilding the social structure of the society we have made in addressing other global health concerns, such as the use of tobacco, overweight and additional statements.
