What was once a quiet, rural post in Texas is now one of the fast -growing cities in the country “and is struggling to continue with the influx of residents.

In just one year, Princeton, TX, about 40 miles from Dallas, has seen its population grow, causing a building boom and pushing local leaders into overload to manage rapid growth peace.

“While the Texas cities have led the population growth, the rapid climbing in the first place was mostly unexpected,” the city’s mayor, Eugene Escobar, realtor.comâ®.

Location makes princess a magnet

For the new residents, Princeton’s location increases its attraction.

“Quick Princeton of the Rapid Group offers buyers abundant home options for sale at a lower price than the nearby suburbs of the North and Dallas itself,” says Hannah Jones, high economic research analyst on Realtor.com.

“Buyers hoping to be on the north side of the Dallas Metrosa can benefit from the low prices of houses in Princeton, without access to sacrifice in the conveniences and opportunities of working in the largest expansion plan area.”
