The worker’s savage response to the boss goes viral after she is fired from her job

One employee shared the moment she was fired, with her wild response that gained the large amounts of praise from social media users.

The American woman, who goes from Kareon Bree Online, recently shared a record of a video call from last year in which her then employee told her she would no longer work for the company.

Karson did not name the company and also blurred other people’s faces in the video, but in Tiktok’s title, she explained that she had taken a place in a local magazine and described the experience as a “S – T Show”.

After less than three months with the company, she was asked to join a call with two members of the old staff and a HR representative, in which she was told that her employment was “ending up immediately”.

When asked why she was being released, her boss, to whom she was referring only to Lisa, informed her that she was coming until the end of the first 90 days of her work and that she felt “not a great adaptation”.

Sharing my holiday video from last year for why not. 🤷‍♀ For context: I did a position with a local company known for the treatment of poor employees and was led by a woman who could not pronounce or pronounce words like, the “Mahjong” editor. I had no training, on board (literally creating my HR documents and everything.), And I had to teach myself new software that almost no one but the last employees knew how to use. It was a shit show, and that was the first time I was receiving any reaction to my work. Enjoy! #layoffs #laidoff #layoff

When Karson asked her why they thought it was a great fit, her question was expected with a silence of nearly 10 seconds.

Her boss then told about issues like the edition that was coming out late, having typos and its design are not “suitable” for the publication.

Karson then asked if she could provide feedback on these claims before starting a detailed sharing of her experience with the company.

She claimed that many of the reasons for these issues were out of her control, such as taking late materials and not being given access to the account that would help get things out in time.

The worker claims she had “met with roadblocks” at every step of the road before taking on the purpose of her boss.

“I received very little feedback from you and often there were times when I came to you without being any answer or answer,” she said.

The woman added: “I feel like I have done every step of the way I try to do this work to the maximum of my skills and, honestly, you have made it very difficult.”

“I also saw very unacceptable to receive a message at 11:00 last night with information that I would rest the next day with this meeting and then immediately remember my approach to everything.”

There was another long pause after this, after which Karson asked when the decision was made to end her work.

This time the other elderly worker in the call, referred to as Kendall, respond, claiming that there was no “no specific date” and they simply felt it “was not a good fit” and I hope she could find a more appropriate role for her work “style”.

Once again, Karson retired back to this, asking, “So was it a problem with my work style? Kendall, I would like to know especially if you had problems with my work with you.”

The woman explained that it was not so much problem of the workflow that they found that she was not a stylistic adaptation to the magazine.

But the worker did not yet become enough, saying that, in that case, she would like to make a suggestion. “

“If you guys want to keep a good team and move forward, you have to make sure your leadership also possesses the strengths that should have to make a well -designed magazine,” Karson said, adding that if it had been given the right materials in the job more effectively.

“I apologize for having slides and smoke and small mistakes, but when it comes down to it, the publications that are being sent late are not my fault. I want this to be clear. It was not my fault.”

She then addressed her boss Julie directly, saying she hoped she would get this reaction on board, saying “from the beginning of my biggest disappointment was to work with you.”

“I want this to be recognized because you haven’t given me the time to express it to you or give you any reaction until this moment,” she said.

Karson then remembered that this call was not “for Julie”, to which she replied that she realized this, but felt she would not take a chance in the future to set up her concerts.

She then ended the call saying. “It’s been nice working with you Kendall, I can’t say the same to you Julie. Spend a great day.”

Since sharing the video into Tiktok last week, it has been seen more than 2.3 million times and has earned more than 4,400 comments.

Many appreciated the employee for how she handled her situation and professionalism.

“You will do such a nice job while standing for yourself. Their answers were so unclear,” one wrote.

Another person calls her “epic” response, and another said it was “extremely satisfying to see”.

Others were amazed at how unprepared the leadership team appeared when Karson asked merely questions, such as why it was being released.

“Didn’t you expect you to ask why …?” said one person.

“Those sitting in silence like this was shameful when she asked questions,” another, with one agreeing, saying, “Silence was crazy.”

There were also HR professionals in the comments that were terrified by the way the situation was addressed.

“I am a person who unfortunately has to ignite people and rest people as part of my work. I have a full scenario and different things to say based on different results.
