JPMORGAN plans to sprinkle the Drab tower near the new Midtown Headquarters – and here is a first glance

JPMORGAN Chase-383 Madison Ave, the oldest and shortest brother in the new bank headquarters at 270 Park Ave., will wear a new costume for the next celebration of skyscrapers, has learned real estate control.

Within 383 1.3 million square meters of Madisonâ, bank employees will enjoy refined work floors with 360 degrees, technology and front furniture and a modern food hall for tenants focusing on the healthy menu choices.

The project is expected to last two years.

Both towers will eventually hold most of the 16,000 JPMORGAN CHASE employees in Midtown.

Architectural firms working on the 383 Madison project include Foster + Partners, Gensler and SOM. Hall changes require city approval because it includes a private ownership of public space (pops).
