Their dream house turned into a marinade-Marare.
A couple who thought they would buy the “perfect house” in Arizona were thrown after discovering that their home had a severe term infection – just three days after closing.
In a viral video with 2.1 million views, Hailey Aguirre homeowner walks in a room in her new home and magnifies to a wall infected with “Termit tubes” – tunnels that underground species use to connect their underground colonies to the surface fountains.
“I jokingly joking like, I never want to buy a house again because of this,” Hailey Aguirre people told the overrun damage.
She and her husband, who had moved to the Grand Canyon state from Buffalo, New York, initially thought they had bought the ideal residence.
Aguirre told the outlet that “everything was going well” and “the purchase process was very quiet”.
But while they were driving to close at home, the realtor called the doubles to inform them that the termites had been discovered on the property.
Fortunately, the seller assured him that the problem was resolved by the extermination.

Then, just 72 hours after they moved, Aguirre and her hubby realized that their wooden fraudsters were still in the same place that were initially discovered. “Until Thursday evening is when I discovered them again, and then I realized there were other groups exactly where they were,” mourned the anxious Buffalonian.
She tried to get the pest control company to treat the violation, but to no avail.
“The Termit Company that came and treated it was chosen by the seller,” she mourned. “So in order for it to be covered by them, let’s understand, we really had no control over the term company to come and eliminate them.”
After losing two appointments, the exterminations finally reached and expelled termites, only for another issue to protect their heads. A tube is said to have exploded in their home, flooding the couple’s floors and increasing the insult to damage, through a video.
As a result, they had to turn off the water and contact the realtor again.
Aguirre claimed that the proof has tested her optimism, explaining that she is guessing the second if she made the “right decision” by buying the house.
“I am trying to be positive about it and make it (my home),” the owner of the conflicted house explained. “But it has been a little difficult to feel like I can live at home, because it seems that everything you touch is like a break.”
In the light of the saga on the test, the woman is demanding that other potential home buyers be proactive and ensured that inspections are detailed.
She also emphasized the importance of having a good realtor who could go to the bat for you, stressing that if their agent was not reliable, they would pay for “pocket” damage.
Saga made other people share stories of their infections.

Another wrote, “the same we had to light the whole house and then found a skunk in the foundation now the house smells like Skunk but the termites are gone.”
