A new superstall structure in Brazil is set to exceed the central tower of NYC park as the world’s tallest building and its last floor units come with high prices in the sky.
Climbing over the back resort of the Brazilian beach of Balneário Cambori, the Senna Tower, which is said to have been inspired by the life of the Formula 1 Ayrton Senna racing races, will rise more than 1,800 meters in the air – slightly higher than the Big Apple One World.
The 154-storey project developers recently discovered new prices for the most exclusive residences of the tower, Newsflash reported and the numbers are stunning.
The costly complex will reach two Triplex Penthouse, including 9,700 square meters – each price at $ 53 million. New price labels are a dramatic jump from the original $ 15.92 million rating.
Triplexes will be sold importantly from the British Auction House Sotheby’s.
Ayrton Senna was a world champion three times in competitions widely thought of as one of the greatest leaders in history. He won six Monaco Grand Prix wins, but died tragically at the age of 34 – during San Marino Grand Prix in 1994.
His granddaughter, artist Lalalli Senna, helped design the tower design, which is reported to symbolize the journey of the motor sport icon to overcome challenges.
Senna Tower is being built to contain 228 units in total, including 204 apartments up to 4,300 square meters and 18 suspended mantles, which includes 4520 to 6.060 square meters. Even the smallest residents of the tower will start about $ 5 million.
Four duo, each about 6,450 square meters, will also be offered.
The project is a collaboration between the construction company FG Emphendimentos, the Senna family and Retiler Brazilian Havan. Rated investment amounts to more than $ 525 million.
Construction is expected to be completed by 2033.
Senna Tower will join an already considerable horizon in Balneário Camború, known as Dubai of Brazil. Located in the state of Santa Catarina, it has a strong reputation in South America as a desirable tourist destination.
