One of the teens can be heard saying, “Get out of my face, moves” as she attacks to push the works.

Despite the pressure, the employees stay calm and refuse to make a fuss.

Another English of the incident, separated from @crazynewsydney in Tiktok, catches one of the teens insisting they were stealing nothing.

“Are you really sweating?” She asks staff members while her friend records the meeting.

At one point, the young man seems to be talking to someone on the phone, continuing to pray with the staff to let them leave.

The legal implications

In Australia, you can’t stop someone simply with the suspicion of buying stores.

For example, there must be reasonable reason, you have seen the work develop.

This is commonly known as the arrest of a citizen, where “reasonable force” can be used to stop a buyer store until the police arrive.

The public weighs inside

The comments were flooded, with many applause of employees on how they dealt with the situation.

One user commented, “The boys deserve a lifting. They didn’t put their hand. Well done.”

Another added, “Very Professional”, while a third estimated, “amazing work”.

Someone else replied, “Something should be done to stop these young people to think it’s okay … and these boys did it! I hope their company will accept them.”

However, not all reactions were positive.

Some people ask if the danger was worth it.

“Imagine putting your life on the line for chemist warehouse,” said one person.

Another suggested, “Let them go, it’s not worth it! The company has insurance for theft.”

Someone else echoes: “If you don’t own the store, just get a description and see where they go. You don’t need to be a hero for a big chain corporation.”
