If you were to blame your compartments in dairy, sugar or hormones, it may be time to dismiss heat – in the kitchen, viz.
It turns out, a small greasy habit can be destroying your skin care routine, letting your face look very fresh.
And no, it wasn’t about what you swollen around your stove.
“The biggest people do not connect their kitchen routine with their skin,” said dermatologist Dr. Helena Watson in an interview for improving the UK House PlumbWorld.
“But exposure to cooking oils and air fats can block pores and lead to stubborn fractures – especially around the jaw and forehead.”
This means that last night’s rash is not just by passing your cast iron pan, it is also looking at your hair, face and even pillows.
In a recent study by lead, 63% of responses admitted that they did not leave their face or hair after cooking, even when frying food.
Even worse? Four to 10 pass fans of the extractor altogether, leaving those dizzying particles to spruce free like it is the slap you can-you can you-Can-Grease.
“This is a recipe for breakouts,” Watson said.
â € œheven if your ski care routine is strong, not removing this makeup layer can undo all your efforts.â €
And those slightly slippery success as they stick around, lets you deal with the consequences.
“If you go to bed without properly cleaning, you are pressing those particles deeper into your pores overnight,” she said.
“Something something that many of my patients never thought until we tied the points.”
For Sophie L., 29, from Manchester, England, this part of the puzzle helped her go from Breakout to Breakthrough.
“I tied everything – new cleanings, expensive serums – but nothing helped,” she told Plumbworld.
“It wasn’t until I read Dr. Watson’s advice that I realized I was always cooking without tieting my hair or washing my face after.â €
Now she has immersed costly skin care in favor of some good, old -fashioned cleansing after cooking face.
“My ski is clear, and I haven’t had a split within weeks,” she said.
“I had no idea that cooking could be the cause.â €

How to avoid kitchen -related partitions
Watson recommends three simple tips:
- Use the extractor fan every time you cook.
It helps to attract air fats and particles from the kitchen before they are placed. - Wash your face and hair line after cooking.
Even a soft wiping with micellar water can remove the oil residues. - Change the pillows more often.
â € œSyce or twice a week is ideal if you cook often, â € she said.
