Flight of the robot ‘with children’s face’ is the first of its kind -and is bothering people: ‘What are we doing F -K!

This adolescent-looking Android is the first humanoid flying robot-but the Internet is created by the way it looks.

The Italian Institute of Technology (IIT) recently shared a video that updated curious viewers in the progress of the Ironcub MK3 project title, but the robot’s face seemed to be of particular interest in the Internet.

“Why does he look so weird,” one viewer thought in a thread of reddit dedicated to the humanoid robot, while another wrote, “This is very impressive, but from God, what is with that face? He is staying in my soul.”

“The technology displayed here is great, but why in F -k should it look like a monster baby?” asked another redditor.

Some viewers who were prevented in mechanical creation happened to be particularly thought out of the box and proposed some wild theories about its appearance.

“When the uprising comes, you will be much less likely to shoot a cyborg with a baby face,” theorized a user. “You will be that part of the second, which is all you need …”

However human, the robot may seem, conspiracy theorists do not need to worry – not controlled by him. On the contrary, it is tele -operated, or in other words, controlled by real people from a distance.

The artificial and mechanical intelligence research team within Iit works almost entirely with robotic humanoid technology – and now there are five different robots, according to Live Science.

This particular model is the result of two years of research, testing and development. With the aircraft package, the baby robot weighs at 154 lbs and stays about 3 meters tall.

According to Iit, Ironcub MK3 is developing with “specific applications such as the disaster response” in mind.

Typically, these effects of robotic resorts focus on country -based rescue and exploration, but the Institute believes that the implementation of air location skills will increase the service and efficiency of any such effort.

“This research is radically different from traditional humanoid robotics and forced us to make a considerable jump ahead of the state of art,” explained Daniele Pucci, one of the team scholars.

While many Internet users express deep confusion in the strange appearance of robot children, it turns out that some of the more humanoids feel that the Ironcub MK3 has practical goals.

Functional legs allow the robot to cross the ground after reaching the air, and the realistic abilities of the hands and arm to open the doors, move objects, or even interact with things such as switches or valves.

Currently, the robot wings have been replaced by two aircraft drivers, but as the project development continues, it will return its upper functional limbs.

Ironcub MK3 has been tested outside in a variety of situations, and also undergoing flight testing in a wind tunnel – another first for a robot.

Although most internet users cheated the robot baby’s face, others saw her charm. “Astroboy !!” One user commented with enthusiasm, while another withdrew: “In fact, it’s beautiful.”

No matter where you sit on the subject of Android’s appearance, do not be very understandable to him, after all, this creation with unique views can save your life one day.
