Americans on average thousands of minor injuries during a life: study

The American average racks 4,000 cuts, pieces and lifelong bruises, according to new research.

A study of 2,000 adults found out how much prone to damage we are and why.

More than half (51%) say that they are more likely to be injured during the summer, with distraction (34%), alert (22%) and culinary errors (19%) at the top of the cause list.

This adds up to 35 scrapes and startling bruises each year.

And while most of us get our right part of bumps and noise, not everyone is ready to accept it. Only one in five admits that they are more acidic than the majority, with General Z leading the charge (37%).

Nearly half (47%) think they are only average when it comes to clutziesress.

Performed by Talker Research for Curad, the survey revealed that phones are not helping: more than 80% say they had a loss ready while distracted on their phone.

Parents are also in the thick. Almost half of parents surveyed with children under 18 (45%) say their child is even more acidic than they are.

School schools, yards and playgrounds are the highest risk areas, and one -third of parents say their children come home with at least three new bumps or scrapes for weeks.

How prepared are we when these pieces and noise strikes?

While most people keep the first aid supplies in the bathroom, many also accumulate in their car (25%), bag or bag (15%), or even at work (12%).

However, many admit that they are rarely ready for common injuries such as burns (34%), bladder (35%) or noise (30%).

Despite this, 19% always treat small cuts and scrap, and many believe that modern first aid products help damage and heal faster.

“Modern medicine and first aid items are often the first thing that comes to your mind when treating small scrap and cuts-ato are accessible, easy to use and help with the healing process,” said Kurt Schmidt, a high customers marketing manager. “However, it is superfluous to see that the answers are not fully heard about the benefits of pairing these items with holistic and natural solutions. So we are excited to provide adhesive bandage infected with ingredients like real aloe and baking soda.”

Wound care can be touch, though, nearly a quarter of Americans worry about others who perceive their strength or tolerance of pain if they see a bandage on them (23%).

Others use it as a starting conversation – or even an excuse to avoid tasks, from passing work to dishes to avoid the help of friends to move furniture.

“Cuttings and annoying pieces are inevitable, but they can be a real concern for the activities of everyday life,” Schmidt said. “No one wants to be kept down for a long time, which is why the right wound is important. Treat even the smallest cuts, scraps or bladder carefully, applying first aid with natural elements to encourage your body to heal. Down for a long time.”
