How do you get rid of chemicals forever in your body? Eat more of these foods

They are in your home products, your beer – and even your drinking water.

Fortunately, a recent study has found a way to get rid of your body of per- and polyfluoroalkil (PFA) substances- commonly known as “permanently” chemicals because of their constant presence in the environment and the human body.

And all you have to do is add some food to your diet.

Study – published in the journal Health Environment – locked in 72 men aged 18 to 65, all had detectable levels of chemicals permanently in their blood.

The researchers gave 42 of the men an additional containing one gram of beta-glukan-a soluble fiber found in a few feet and three times a day, just before meals, as this is when the body produces more bile.

The other 30 men were awarded a rice -made placebo.

After only four weeks, blood tests showed that the fiber group had a 8% decrease in two of the most dangerous types of PFAA: PFOA (Perfluoroctanoic acid) and PFOS (PerfluorooCansulfonic acid).

These two chemicals are found in drinking water, cosmetics and even food packaging – and both are known to be built in the body over time.

The researchers tested for 17 different PFAS compounds. They found that 70% of participants had 11 or more of them in their blood flow, and each participant had at least five.

While the first landing was modest, experts said it is an important first step – especially since the PFA is extremely difficult to eliminate from the body.

“Despite increasing concerts for PFA toxicity, specific interventions to reduce the level of PFAS in the body are limited,” the researchers writes.

Beta-glucan is shown to be connected to PFA in the digestive system, which can help you remove them.

High foods in beta-glukan include:

  • oat
  • barley
  • Rye
  • Grain
  • Shiitake
  • Reishi
  • Seaweed
  • Nourishing yeast

Forever the chemicals used in everything, from non-soft pan to fast food wrappers-were associated with cancer, hormone disruption, live damage and more.

While eliminating PFA exposure can be difficult, dietary choices can help alleviate their harmful impact.
