A flight attendant at Alaska Airlines moved people to tears after giving an elder a cordial note on his last trip before passing.
The withdrawal was detailed on a Reddit after this granddaughter and the deceased wrote to the carrier.
“I just wanted to say thank you – and to let you know how small gestures mean,” she wrote.
