Exclusive | Billy Joel has sold the portion of his Mass property Long Island for $ 7 million

A home in Rocker Billy Joel’s Long Island Estate was sold Wednesday for $ 7 million, told the buyer he brought the buyers to the deal for the post exclusively.

Elsewhere in the property, Joel’s recently renovated main house remains listed for sale. It comes with a helipad and a dock.
