Actor Chris Evans has listed Hilltop Mulholland Drive for $ 6.99 million.
Evans, 43, bought Hollywood Hills home in 2013 for $ 3.52 million, according to Wall Street Journal, who first reported the ranking. The property, originally built in the 1940s, includes 0.76 hectares.
“After more than a decade of amazing memories at his home in LA, Chris is planning to move to the east coast to be closer to the family,” Scott Moore of Christie’s international real estate in southern California said – which exclusively represents the rankings – in one state.
The “Captain America” actor is a native of Massachusetts, where he grew up on the outskirts of Boston. Evans did more in New England after he tied the knot there in 2023, at a Cape code ceremony with his wife now, Alba Baptista.

The Los Angeles property includes a main house approximately 4,600 square meters and an accessory residential unit, including a total of four bedrooms. The closed settlement also comes with an outdoor pool and numerous patios.
“Many personal touches went inside to embrace the footage and bring warmth,” Evans said in the state. “Externally, I have extended the backyard, I have brought many additional landscapes that have increased the beauty of the look and made the yard in the paradise of a fun.”
The star “knives out” and “Snowpiercer” told the newspaper in an email that the views of the house for Mulholland and Laurel Canyons, and the Santa Monica mountains, attracted it to the “stunning and inspiring” property.
Some of Evans’ furniture have been involved in sale, according to Moore, as well as his gym, where he took the legendary form for Marvel films.
The gym is located in the unit of accessory housing of the property, which includes its entrance, the bedroom and the kitchen.
Evans is set to star in the next romantic A24 comedy “The Materialists” featuring Dakota Johnson and Pedro Pascal, outside in June.
